DD Mau Fall Newsletter: A New Look, The Return of Coconut Shrimp and More!

The seasons are changing, the leaves are falling in St. Louis, and there are some exciting things happening at DD Mau!

A New Look, Same Great Taste

If you’ve been on our website or social media accounts lately, you’ve probably noticed a bit of a change. As we headed toward fall, we did a bit of a refresh on our website and design. This new look is fun, fresh, and better represents our brand overall!

But with these changes and updates, that doesn’t mean we’re changing who we are!  DD Mau is still the same great quick-service Vietnamese restaurant you know and love.  We are still dedicated to providing St. Louis with the best Vietnamese eats at an affordable price. Our fresh ingredients, friendly service, and authentic recipes are all staying the same.  We’re just freshening up our brand a bit!

Return of Coconut Shrimp

It’s back!  After a brief hiatus, coconut shrimp is available again at DD Mau! This fan favorite is a great way to pretend you’re on an island somewhere instead of in the middle of a cold, blustery Midwestern winter.

And a pro tip: This tropical treat is especially great when dipped in our creamy sweet chili sauce! It’s a great accompaniment to your next lunch or dinner, and pairs well with our vermicelli bowls, pho, or Roti tacos.

Great Winter Eats at DD Mau

If you’re not looking to get away but instead are ready to embrace the winter, we can help with that too!  Our Pho and other winter-y eats are perfect for the cold weather heading to STL.

Soup season is certainly upon us, and we are more than ready for it!  With some of the best pho in St. Louis, DD Mau can make even the coldest days feel warm and cozy.  In addition to traditional offerings like combo beef pho, we have a wide range of vegan pho and other vegan soup options as well!  If you haven’t tried our Spicy Vegan Lemongrass Soup yet, you are missing out.

And beyond the pho, we’re serving up other great comfort food options at our Maryland Heights and Webster Groves locations as well. Our Thai Chili Pepper Chicken Wings are just spicy enough to heat you up from the inside out.  And if you’re looking for something filling and savory, our vermicelli noodle bowls or fried rice are sure to do the trick. Both come with your choice of protein, with plenty of meat, vegetarian, and vegan options to choose from!

So as you can see, we are ready for the fall and winter months here at DD Mau! We’re feeling refreshed and ready to brave the cold all season long.
